just to note that Changing Seasons (Mark Fewer) was also premiered at McGill in the fall of 2010.

Arcade Fire also has Regine Chassagne in it, a product of the Music faculty of McGill. Also, Francois Bourassa’s entire quartet except the saxophonist are McGill trained musicians. Phil Dwyer’s orchestra has BMus saxophonist Steve Kaldestadt in it as well. No doubt there are others who I have missed, but I happened to teach those ones while I was on the teaching staff at McGill.
